Shipping Policy – European Union

This Shipping Policy governs the dispatch and delivery of all orders placed through supplifyme.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy in full.

1. Courier & delivery method

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, including full shipment tracking and a mandatory signature upon delivery. Every shipment is prepared with temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product integrity throughout transit.

2. Delivery coverage

Shipping is available to all European Union member states. For destinations outside the EU, please contact info@supplifyme.com to confirm availability before placing an order.

3. Processing & transit times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. These timelines may vary due to operational, seasonal, or external factors.

4. Temperature-controlled shipments

All orders are packed with cooling elements to maintain required temperature conditions during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt. SupplifyMe is not liable for product degradation caused by failed or delayed delivery attempts.

5. Signature requirement

A valid signature from an adult recipient is required upon delivery. Shipments cannot be left unattended. To reschedule, coordinate directly with DHL using the tracking number provided.

6. Address accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges will apply. If the error is caused by SupplifyMe, the order will be resent at no additional cost.

7. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders totalling €500 or above qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees may be updated without prior notice.

8. Tracking information

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email for real-time monitoring through the DHL tracking system.

9. Failed deliveries & returns

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DHL may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local access point. Failure to arrange collection within the holding period may result in the shipment being returned, with additional redelivery fees charged to the customer.

10. Damaged, lost, or customs-held orders

Any delivery issues must be reported immediately to info@supplifyme.com. Each case is reviewed individually. Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local regulations prior to ordering.

11. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this Shipping Policy in full. SupplifyMe reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
