Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the SupplifyMe Partner Portal. By applying for, accessing, or participating in the Portal, the Partner agrees to comply with all provisions herein, including product promotion, commission eligibility, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws.
Partner eligibility
To qualify as a SupplifyMe Partner you must:
- Complete the official Partner Application Form
- Undergo a formal review and approval process
- Provide accurate business information (registration, contact, operational address)
- Submit a valid Business License (organisations) or Practice License (individuals)
- Maintain all required licenses throughout participation
- Refrain from competing, misleading, or unethical practices
Onboarding process
Upon approval, you receive an email confirmation and login credentials for your Partner Dashboard, where you can access product information and pricing, retrieve your unique Partner Code, and track orders, commissions, and payments.
Partner codes, referrals & discounts
Partner codes, referral percentages, and discount structures are defined individually between SupplifyMe and each partner during onboarding, and may vary based on collaboration level, sales performance, and marketing commitments.
Partner responsibilities
You agree to promote products ethically and accurately, use your Partner Code for all sales, keep credentials confidential, maintain updated information, follow all applicable laws, and avoid making false or unverified medical claims.
Commission and payments
Partners earn commissions on confirmed orders linked to their unique code, calculated automatically in the dashboard. Payments are processed through Stripe, with frequency determined during onboarding. Partners are responsible for their own tax compliance.
Intellectual property
All logos, trademarks, and content remain the property of SupplifyMe. Partners receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use branding materials for promotion and may not alter or misuse any IP.
Confidentiality
Partners must keep confidential all product formulas, pricing, sales data, and proprietary information. Unauthorised disclosure will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
Termination
SupplifyMe may terminate or suspend a partnership for breach of terms, false information, prolonged inactivity (e.g. no sales for 6 months), or compliance issues. Upon termination, Partner Code and dashboard access are revoked immediately.
Governing law & disputes
SupplifyMe operates under V.P.S. Development Ltd, incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. These Terms are governed by Cypriot law. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Nicosia under the Rules of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
