Refund & Return Policy

Product use notice
All products offered by SupplifyMe are wellness and longevity support products supplied for general adult use where permitted by applicable laws. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without charge before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products, storage conditions, and chain-of-custody considerations, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns of delivered products, including unopened products, unless required by law. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be provided solely in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product supplied
- Product damaged during transportation
- Product lost in transit
- Manufacturing defect confirmed by SupplifyMe
- Order cancelled by SupplifyMe before delivery
- Product returned unopened and kept at the required storage conditions
To report an issue, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. SupplifyMe reserves the right to investigate all claims before approving any refund.
Shipping damage claims
If a package arrives visibly damaged, document the condition before opening and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this period may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Storage and handling
Many products require specific storage conditions. Once delivered, SupplifyMe cannot be responsible for loss of quality or degradation resulting from improper storage, exposure to excessive temperatures, mishandling, or failure to follow storage recommendations.
International orders and customs
Customers are solely responsible for verifying that products may be legally imported, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction. Orders refused, detained, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities are not eligible for refund.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Estimated times: cards 5–14 business days; bank transfers 5–10 business days; store credit within 2 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was caused by SupplifyMe.
